My whole attitude on life is changing right before my eyes because of you. I have spent the last 40 years maybe even 42 years with negative messages, and self talk that has made life almost unbearable. I spent the last 20 years trying everything to change.

I want to thank you all, at 45 years old for the first time I wake up without the negative self talk and I have actually been seen smiling in the morning.

My son has noticed a big difference in me and I am not angry all the time at the world and myself. Thank you for giving me a new start on life....

PATHS has change my life, in three months I gained the courage and confidence to close my very successful business, sell my house, find the love of my life and move from Washington state to Arizona.

Before PATHS I felt like I was living my life on a treadmill, using anything to distract myself from the fact that I was not happy and going nowhere.

At this very moment I feel more alive then ever, PATHS has changed my relationships with my friends, family and partner. I am able to take on any task with confidence and minimal stress. At a going away party yesterday - My friend told me that the day before there had been 3 times when normally she would have cried - but she couldn't!!

She said she tried & couldn't - then she laughed & said: "Expecting to cry was a habit, but I didn't feel like it."

Amazing! Also, she has been waking up & stressing during the nite - But Since she started PATHS she has only woke up because Jonathan woke her - & then she went right back to sleep - which she normally can't do.

She was very excited about it & I heard her telling other people about it twice!...
